《补墙》是美国著名诗人罗伯特·弗罗斯特描写英格兰地区"补墙"风俗的诗歌。弗罗斯特以代表自然的"墙"为基点,构建了一个"自然-人-文化"的系统模式:先是建构了人与自然、人与人以及人与文化之间三组对立关系,然后解构这三组对立关系,完美呈现其独特的生态和谐观与创新思维的文化观。诗人强调尊重自然规律的重要性,主张通过提升人的精神境界对抗物质主义造成的人与人之间冷漠疏远的关系;更为可贵的是,在新旧文化观念冲突的问题上,他倡导开放包容和多元文化共融。弗罗斯特独特的生态观是一种积极的和建设性的后现代生态思想。
Abstract："Mending Wall" is the famous American poet Robert Frost's poem, which describes the old custom of mending wall in New England. In the poem, Frost builds up a systematic pattern of "nature-man-culture" based on the wall which represents nature. The poet first constructs three pairs of antagonistic relations between man and nature, man and man, and man and culture, and then he deconstructs all of them by perfectly presenting his unique view of ecological harmony and innovative culture. He emphasizes the importance of respecting the law of nature,advocates combating the cold and distant interpersonal relations by sublimating the spiritual pursuit of humanity. It is of more value that he advocates openness, inclusiveness and multi-cultural integration when there exists a conflict between new and old customs. Frost's ecological thought is positive, constructive, and ecologically postmodern.
